For pallet shops building standard pallet sizes, we produce 3 ½” & 5 ½” wide boards in 1/2”, 9/16”, & 5/8” thicknesses.
Our mill can also serve your needs for non-standard pallet deck boards. We have cut deck boards that measure over 14 ft long and 1-1/8” thick.
Our hardwood pallet stock is produced from mixed eastern US hardwoods, such as oak, hickory, beech, ash, poplar, etc.

Runners
For pallet shops building standard pallet sizes, we cut stringers 40, 42, 44, & 48” long. We cut 1-1/8”, 1- ¼”, & 1-3/8” thick stringers with or without notches.
If your pallet runners require notching, we can notch runners up to 120”
If your pallet requires an extra tall, extra long, or extra thick runner, check with us. We are regularly producing special size runners.

KD Pine Pallet
Deck Boards
Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) is typically the lowest cost option in KD Pine pallet lumber in the Midwest and Sothern US. We process both #3 and #4 grades into pallet deck boards.
KD pine deck boards are available in 7/16” or 11/16” thickness and in 3 ½” or 5 ½” width. While we commonly cut 40”, 42”, 44” & 48” lengths, we are able to cut any length up to 16ft.

Available with or without notches, we can cut any length you need from 30” to 120” runners from 2x4 KD Pine.
KDHT Stamped Lumber
Certified for Compliance
All of the KD Pine pallet lumber that we produce is processed from KDHT-stamped lumber.
If you need to have a KDHT stamp on each piece of KDHT pine lumber, we are licensed to apply a stamp to each piece as we cut it.
